HOW IT WORKS

Automatically one hour before the appointment the patient receives a text message

The system will read your calendar and identify the patients that have an upcoming appointment.
At the right time, the patient will receive an SMS with your desired text and will be asked to stay out of the waiting room and click the button when arrived.

When patient arrives to the appointment clicks "I have arrived" button

Patients are informed not to step in the waiting room and will wait for your call.
This helps reduce crowding and contact between your staff and patients.

Patients will fill the forms while waiting to be called in

You can define which appointment types and which forms you ask your patients to fill.
All the answers will automatically be saved in your practice management software and a PDF file with their signature will be attached to the patient's file.

You will instantly receive a message to call the patient in when you are ready

You can select to receive an SMS or email when your patient arrives.
For each type of notification you can choose which one of your staff will receive it.
The patient will be automatically marked as "Arrived" in your PMS.
