REJURAN® is an innovative injectable product for dermal rejuvenation made of wild salmon polynucleotide DNA fragments, extracted using our proprietary DOT™️ technology (DNA Optimizing Technology).

Unlike hyaluronic acid skin boosters, REJURAN® consists of bio-active DNA molecules that stimulate regeneration and repair damaged skin while reducing unwanted inflammation.

REJURAN® increases the proliferation of fibroblast cells, promoting long-term elastin and collagen growth in skin. It can be used across the face and helps with many issues, including skin texture, elasticity, hydration, tone and colour, fine lines, oil production, pore size and acne scars. REJURAN® injectables are in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods(ARTG) and exported in over 20 countries.

• Results from Rejuran treatments can vary based on individual skin conditions and the specific concerns being addressed, but generally, here is what you can expect:

• Immediate Effects: Some initial improvements, such as increased hydration and subtle enhancements in skin texture, may be noticeable within a few days to a week after the first treatment due to the immediate plumping effect of the injections.

• Short-Term Results: More visible changes in skin texture, tone, and elasticity usually become apparent after 2-4 weeks following the first session. This is when the polynucleotides start to stimulate collagen production and skin repair processes more significantly.

• Optimal Results: For the best results, a series of treatments is typically recommended. Most patients undergo 3-4 sessions spaced about 3-4 weeks apart. The full benefits, including reduced fine lines, improved skin texture, and overall rejuvenation, are typically seen after completing the full treatment series, usually around 2-3 months after the initial treatment.

• Rejuran is generally safe, but it is unsuitable for certain individuals. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with allergies to its components, autoimmune disorders, or compromised immune systems should avoid it. Those with active skin infections in the area including cold sores, sunburn, eczema, bleeding disorders, or a history of severe allergies should also steer clear. Hypersensitivities to product ingredients (including local anaesthetic)

• Active or recent viral or bacterial infection (coughs, colds, flu)

• Prone to hypertrophic or keloid scarring

Rejuran is typically administered through a series of microinjections into the skin. The treatment is minimally invasive but may require a topical anesthetic to reduce discomfort.

The procedure will take around 15 – 30 minutes to complete.

While there may be some initial slight swelling, small visible bumps, or papules on the treated areas immediately after the treatment, this will subside within 24 hours, and you can go about your daily activities as usual. The following may occur:

·       The procedure may result in minor redness, injection marks, small visible bumps, swelling, skin sensitivity etc., this will subside within 1~3 days.  Minor flaking, dryness and peeling which may last several days.

·       Scabs may form but will fall off within a few days.

·       Development of infection that in rare cases could lead to scarring caused by picking, and failure to follow aftercare instructions.

·       After the procedure, avoid high-temperature environments such as saunas. Excessive massage should be avoided. Carefully apply sunscreen with a high SPF index to prevent pigmentation.

·       REJURAN® can be injected on the same day with cross-linked HA, however, each product should be injected in different planes. There can be rare occurrences of granuloma when low-quality cross-linked HA filler is injected in the same plane.  A patient evaluation is needed before REJURAN treatment for those who have had different facial injections previously, as in some cases REJURAN® may only be recommended 3-6 months after the previous treatment within the same plane.

Rejuran is generally well-tolerated, but potential side effects include mild redness, swelling, bruising, and discomfort at the injection sites, which typically resolve within a few days. Less common side effects can include infection, allergic reactions, lumps, nodules, and changes in skin pigmentation. Rare but serious risks involve granuloma formation and vascular complications. Unsatisfactory results

• Results are temporary, and several sessions may be needed for optimal results and further expenditure will be required

• With all treatments the precise degree of improvement cannot be guaranteed. The outcome’s subjective nature also means dissatisfaction is a possible outcome regardless of effectiveness of treatment

• Initial treatment of side effects and complications is included in the cost of the procedure and therefore no refund is issued due to any of the above occurring.

• Adjustments requiring more products will incur a charge

• I understand that I cannot have the procedure if I am pregnant, breastfeeding and/or under the age of 18 and confirm that I am not pregnant, breastfeeding nor under the age of 18

• I consent for appropriate portions of my body to be photographed or filmed before, during, and after the procedure for insurance purposes

• I consent to the collection and storage of my personal information for my medical treatment and for it to be disclosed for my ongoing care or if required by law

I acknowledge that no guarantees have been made to me regarding the outcome and effect of the Treatment once performed. I understand that I am paying for the Treatment only and not a guaranteed result as individual results may vary. I have been informed and understand that further treatment will be required to maintain the effects as the results are temporary. I accept that retreatment, if required, will be at my expense.

I have been informed about very rare cases, if REJURAN is administered to a layer that has previously received dermal filler (Cross-linked HA) injections, there can be occurrences of granuloma and hypersensitivity.
